The new Wille 875Δ continues Loimaan Talohuolto’s long Wille legacy

The new Wille 875Δ delivered to Loimaan Talohuolto Oy continues the company’s long history with Wille machines. Founded in 1983, the property maintenance company has been using Wille machines since the mid-1990s, and over the years has had approximately 14 Wille machines in its fleet. Of the machines purchased new, the latest 875Δ is already the eighth.
Today, Loimaan Talohuolto’s customer base consists primarily of commercial properties and industrial facilities, where outdoor areas are large and require efficient equipment. In addition to property maintenance, the company’s services include outdoor area upkeep, building systems maintenance, as well as various repair and modification works. The company employs five people and operates in premises of approximately 1,800 square metres, most of which are dedicated to machinery and a wide range of attachments.
In recent years, the company has also undergone a generational transition. CEO Teemu Ruuhi took over primary responsibility for operations in 2017, and today the company is run jointly by Teemu and Chairman of the Board Sanna Ruuhi.
“Wille is highly versatile”
Over time, Loimaan Talohuolto’s equipment has evolved in line with its customer base. Previously, work focused more on smaller residential properties, but today the company increasingly maintains large industrial and commercial areas. This is also reflected in the equipment requirements.
“The new machine is larger and more powerful. As a result, it is more cost-efficient on large sites,” Teemu explains.
Wille’s greatest strength in day-to-day operations is its versatility. The same machine can handle multiple tasks, and attachments can be changed quickly during the day. In winter, the machine can be equipped with a plough in the front and a spreader at the rear, while in summer it can be used for sweeping, watering, or various maintenance tasks.
“Wille is extremely versatile. It’s one of the few machines that can be fitted with attachments both at the front and the rear, and both can be used simultaneously,” Teemu says.
The Wille 875Δ is the largest model in the range, designed for demanding environmental maintenance tasks. Its 105 kW engine, high hydraulic output, and the ability to operate attachments at the front, rear, and even on top of the engine cover support exactly the kind of versatility that Loimaan Talohuolto requires in its daily work. The company uses a wide range of attachments, including ploughs, spreaders, sweepers, watering equipment, buckets, graders, and various maintenance tools.
This versatility is particularly evident in how quickly the machine can be adapted to different tasks.
“During the day, work tasks can change significantly. With Wille, changing attachments is extremely fast, and an experienced operator can do it in just a few minutes,” Teemu says.
The operator appreciates Wille’s ease of use
From the operator’s perspective, improvements are clearly noticeable in the newer models. The cab’s low noise level, reduced vibration, and improved ergonomics make a significant difference, especially during long working days.
“Especially on long days, you really notice how important it is to be able to adjust the driving position and controls to suit yourself,” Sanna explains.
At Loimaan Talohuolto, Wille is first and foremost seen as a tool that must adapt quickly to different situations. When the same machine handles winter maintenance, sweeping, watering and various upkeep tasks throughout the year, the equipment remains in efficient use all year round. This has been one of the key reasons why Wille has remained part of the company’s fleet for nearly three decades.
