With Wille e475Δ, you get all the same features and can attach the same work tools as with the diesel-powered Wille 475Δ. The cabin remains spacious, visibility is excellent in all directions, and the windows stay clear even in damp and cold conditions. The electric machine produces no emissions during operation and removes traditional engine maintenance from your schedule.
Despite its compact size, the e475Δ offers features of larger machines, making even long workdays comfortable. As an operator, you can adjust the loader’s movement speeds to your preference and tailor Wille’s behavior to suit your style. The precise cruise control makes many tasks easy and reliable, while predefined driving modes help you find the best approach for each job.

A panoramic office with visibility and comfort in a quiet cabin
Thanks to the curved front and rear windows, the glass door and the instrument panel with low construction height, the view from the panoramic cabin is more open than before. Now, the noise level in the cabin is very low thanks to the electric motors, making work quiet and pleasant. The operator feels comfortable throughout the entire workday, and all controls are within easy reach. The climate control adjusts automatically to your preferences – just as it should in an all-year panoramic office. Visibility is excellent through the glass door and the upward-curving windshield, both down to the surroundings and up to the maximum height of the loader arms. The side and rear windows provide an easy view around the machine. The low instrument panel gives extra knee space and improves forward visibility. Electric powertrain for demanding machine applications
The fully electric Wille e475 and its work tools draw their power from domestic, preheated IONCOR batteries. These batteries offer a long service life for demanding machine use thanks to their design that withstands moisture, dust and vibration. Even the most challenging tasks are handled with ease as the intelligent battery monitoring prevents overheating and electrical faults. Separate motors for driving and work hydraulics ensure efficient and precise operation in all conditions. The 46.5 kWh battery pack is ideal for light environmental maintenance in smaller areas, while 93 kWh is designed for longer transfers and heavier tasks.
Charge the batteries fast – or super-fast
The batteries of Wille e475 can be charged using the same home and fast chargers as an electric car: with a Type 2 connector you can fully charge the battery at 22 kW power. You can install a wall-mounted charger at your depot or at a customer site and work efficiently even in locations without commercial fast-charging stations nearby. Everything under control
The driver can now enjoy a large and clear display that provides comprehensive information about the machine’s functions and helps to control them. The display also shows battery status, power consumption and the machine’s maintenance needs. The user interface has been redesigned to make work easier and more efficient. All the functions on the display are controlled by a navigation roller integrated in the armrest. There are shortcut keys next to the navigation roller for the most frequently used functions. The most important and most often used functions have been concentrated within easy reach of the driver’s right hand – including hydraulic flow adjustments. Automatic climate control and cab heating are also easily managed via the display and the navigation roller.
Reduced maintenance needs and efficient fleet management
The electric motor of Wille e475 requires no traditional engine maintenance, which reduces service costs and frees up more time for productive work. With the remote management and diagnostic features of the Wille Smart Link service, predictive maintenance and efficient fleet management become possible – especially when you operate multiple machines. Fuses and circuit boards for the lighting and control system are located on the right side of the cabin and are easily accessible through a hatch that opens from the outside. A clear fuse map on the inside of the hatch shows the location of each fuse.
Versatile usability all year round
Our fully electric Series 4 machine has as much power as the diesel-powered Wille 475Δ: you can attach work tools to the front, rear and on top of the bonnet and use the same attachments as with our previous 400 Series machines. Attach several tools at once for different work stages: sprinkle the road while brushing, and carry up to ten times more water on top of the bonnet than the washer’s own tank can hold. Plough snow, spread sand and fill the sand spreader from the platform on the same trip. You save time because you don’t need to return to change equipment or refill tanks in the middle of the job.
Make Wille completely your own
Wille’s behavior can be adjusted in a very tangible way. Create and save user profiles with movement speeds suited for different work attachments and activate them easily when the task or operator changes. The new generation joystick provides excellent control ergonomics and programmable buttons, allowing you to customize the machine’s functions to your preferences. By creating a personal driver profile, you can, for example, make the machine respond more calmly and thus improve safety for all Wille operators.
Ease at work and during transfers
A new feature of Wille 475 is the precise cruise control. It works with the logic familiar from cars, making, for example, ploughing of snow and sweeping of pedestrian lanes easier. The driver can now focus on the task at hand without having to concentrate on speed adjustment. The driver can also better keep an eye on the surrounding area to avoid dangerous situations. Cruise control also brings additional comfort for transfers.
Controlled use of grease
With the optional new Smart Lube system, the user can control the amount of grease applied by the central lubrication system. The amount of grease is adapted to the current work – neither too much, nor too little. The amount of grease can be adjusted on Wille’s display as follows. Off , Low , Medium, High . In addition, the system can be operated manually. If the machine is stationary or travelling faster than 35 km/h, the system will not apply grease. This way, the system helps avoid excessive lubrication, at the same time reducing consumption of grease and the need to add grease into the reservoir.
Wille Smart Flow
The Smart Flow feature adjusts the output of the motor hydraulics automatically based on machine speed. For example, it keeps the dispensing rate even regardless of varying driving speed during gritting.
