Strength and intelligence
When the work requires power from the machine, the biggest Wille puts its strength and intelligence into play. The Wille 875 Delta is a gentle giant of environmental care. Spacious and quiet cab guarantees the driver a comfortable feeling even in the heaviest tasks. The Wille 875 Delta easily supports work equipment that extends far to the side. It shines with its agility and controllability when there is a lot to brush, wash or load and the work must be done efficiently. The cruise control makes working and shifting easier, and if necessary, Wille takes care of automatically adjusting the engine hydraulics according to the driving speed. The driver can save the machine’s settings for the work equipment-specific movement speeds that suit him to make work easier. The Wille 875’s environmentally friendly Stage 5 emission class engine also runs on biodiesel.
Visibility and comfort in a quiet cockpit
Our customers have praised the cabin as spacious, pleasant and quiet. It’s feels good to be a Wille driver all day long and all the features of the machine are at hand. Visibility through the glass door and the upward-curving windshield is excellent both down to the surroundings and up to the maximum height of the windows. You can easily see around from the side and rear windows. The lower instrument panel provides more knee space and improves forward visibility.
Environmentally friendly torque from the Stage V engine
The Stage V engine, which conforms to the latest emission classes, is equipped with a particulate filter and an SCR catalyst, and it makes the Wille 675 environmentally friendly. You can also use renewable HVO100 biodiesel, which has less impact on the environment, as fuel. The 105 kW Kohler diesel engine has a whopping 650 Nm of torque and does not have an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system.
Stay up to date with Wille’s user interface
As a driver, you have access to a clear, large screen that offers versatile information about the machine’s functions and guides you in using Wille. The user interface has been completely renewed and you can control the machine’s functions easily using the screen. The most important and most used functions, such as different driving modes and hydraulic volume adjustment, have been brought within reach of the driver’s right hand to make work easier and more efficient. The machine’s functions are controlled with the navigation scroll found on the armrest, which has shortcut keys for frequently used functions.
Ease of maintenance
To make it easy for you to check the fluids in the engine compartment or service your Wille, our machines have a fully open hood. It can be slid open and lifted out of place if necessary. After maintenance, the engine cover is just as easy to slide back on. Easy access to the engine room shortens the time spent on maintenance and checks and frees it up for productive work. The fuses and circuit boards are located on the right side of the cab, where they are easily accessible through a door that can be opened from the outside. A clear fuse map on the inside of the door provides information on the locations of the fuses.
Multiple work attachments
You can attach work equipment to the front, back and on top of the engine cover. You can attach the equipment required for several work steps at once: water the road while you brush, and carry up to 10 times more water on the machine cover than you can carry in the washing tank alone. Plow, sand and fill the sander from the platform in the same trip. You save not only time but also fuel when you don’t have to return to change equipment or fill tanks in the middle of a work assignment.
Automatic Eco Drive
The Wille 675 Delta has the Automatic Eco Drive feature standard. Automatic Eco Drive reduces fuel consumption and noise. It adjusts the engine revs to the region of best efficiency when you don’t need high revs. Fuel consumption and emissions are then significantly lower. The biggest benefit from this is in the transfer drive.
Make Wille completely your own
Save the movement speeds that suit you for different work equipment in work equipment profiles and use them easily when tasks or drivers change. Through the personal driver profile, you can use all the settings you have saved for work equipment and joystick functions quickly. On Wille’s screen, you can also see the number of liters of work hydraulics, which makes it easier to use each work device in the right way. You can also use the information in creating work equipment profiles.
Wille Smart Drive
Smart Drive is a more ergonomic alternative to a creeping pedal. It uses software to convert the accelerator into a drive pedal: you can use the hand throttle to set the engine speed and only use the pedal to adjust the driving speed.
Wille Smart Cruiser
The precise Smart Cruiser cruise control optimised for work use operates using logic similar to a car’s cruise control. It makes, for example, ploughing and brushing work easier and makes changing work locations more comfortable.
Heavy Duty
With the Heavy Duty driving mode, you can make use of all the machine’s pulling power, for example when loading and ploughing, and handle even heavy loads nimbly and effortlessly. Due to the optimal load Heavy Duty driving mode saves power transmission parts in the long run.
Wille Smart Flow
The Smart Flow feature adjusts the output of the motor hydraulics automatically based on machine speed. For example, it keeps the dispensing rate even regardless of varying driving speed during gritting.
Wille Smart Lube
With the Smart Lube system, which is available as an option, the driver can select the lubrication output of the central lubrication system from four preset settings. Selecting the correct supply rate prevents excessive lubrication.
